Attallah Salman

Group CEO

Attallah Salman carries a wealth of experience in project management and construction, his career in the UAE started with Arabtec Construction in 2005, where he was one of the key team members running the construction of the Burj Khalifa. He has since worked in several countries from Africa to Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Russia and during that time completed many prestigious developments and luxury hotel projects. Attallah has gained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and has been widely recognized for his achievements throughout his career.

He was appointed Group CEO of Emerald Palace Group in 2021 and led the successful opening of Raffles The Palm Dubai and Hyde Hotel Dubai.

Mr. Burkhard Wolter

Vice President Hospitality

A hospitality veteran with over three decades experience in the industry, Mr Wolter is a seasoned professional. He has acquired profound knowledge and skills in both back and front of house operation, complemented by his studies at Cornell University and Ecole Hotelier – Business School - Lausanne .

Throughout his years in the hotel service , Mr Wolter gained proven expertise in hospitality operations, turnkey projects , hotel opening, development initiatives . This has made him a valuable asset to various international operators such as Shangri La, Four Seasons, Kempinski ,Oberoi amongst others.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, a Master’s Degree in Hospitality from EHL. Mr Wolter contributes with his experiences as Hotel General Manager for 13 years , with 9 years in the Middle East, overall.

In his role as Vice President Hospitality & Asset , Mr Wolter works closely with the Executive team and the Hotel Managers of each asset . His primary focus is to optimize returns , adding value and strategizing sales and concepts, all while benchmarking overall performance .

Gagik Mikaelyan

Vice President Construction

Gagik Mikaelyan an Armenian citizen graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute and continued his postgraduate studies at Moscow Institute of Hydrotechnical Amelioration.
Following his graduation, he completed many construction projects as Construction Project Manager in Armenia, Russia and Ukraine. He joined Emerald Palace Group in 2006 to oversee the construction of Emerald Palace Residence and Hotel (Kempinski) and was appointed Vice President Construction of EPG in 2014 following which he successfully managed the construction of Hyde Hotel Dubai.

Hani Selim

Director EPG Hotels and Resorts

Hani Selim is a renowned executive with an impeccable career in the financial sector spanning more than twenty years. 
An accomplished and dedicated professional, experienced in implementing effective financial and development strategies, he successfully facilitates growth by improving processes and systems. 
Managing corporate affairs in multiple areas, his areas of expertise are hospitality operations, hotel real estate investments, asset management, and several financial services industries. He was elected as a board member of Commission on Trade & Investment at the International Chamber of Commerce, United Arab Emirates in 2020.
Hani holds CMA with the Institute of management accountants and Associate degree at Dubai Real Estate Institute. 

Oleksii Galitsyn

Financial Controller

Oleksii has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, financial control and reporting. He has a Master’s degree in Business Economies and Diploma in International Financial reporting.
Oleksii has extensive practical knowledge in the field of budgeting, control, reporting and investment risk assessment. He has extensive experience in working with tax authorities and audit companies and organizations. 

Seran Gheorghe

Vice President Sales & Marketing

Seran has more than 18 years of experience in super prime developments, as a sells and consultant leader in the high end sector of Dubai's Real Estate market by running his own real estate firm The Mark realty for 8 years in Dubai before joining as senior associate broker at Gulf Sotheby's International Realty where from the beginning he became one of the top performers in the company braking records in number of sells as well as most expensive properties sold in certain areas. He has a deep background in legal consultancy, holding a bachelor degree in Law, working several years as border police officer and legal officer for United Nations for the last few years before moving to Dubai to start his real estate career. He also holds several degrees in real estate in Dubai and a degree in Art and Finance from Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York which he says he uses mostly to connect better with his high-net-worth clients which majority are worldwide known art collectors.

Seran has substantial experience supporting global deals as well, having been involved in transactions totaling more than 2 billion dollars in his career, in markets which beside Dubai includes New York, Miami, London, Ibiza and Paris.
