  • 100% owned by Mr. Nver Mkhitaryan, a well-known developer of residentialand commercialprojects in Russia and Ukraine with45 completedprojects to his credit

  • EPG is a holding company for a number of development and management companies engaged in the hospitality sector in the UAE

  • EPG owns the following hospitality assets in the UAE:
  •    Emerald Palace Kempinski Hotel, Palm Jumeirah (a fully financed ResortHotel under development)
       Kempinski Residences & Hotel Apartments, Palm Jumeirah (fully-developed and operational since 2011)
       Kempinski Hotel, Business Bay (under development)
       Kempinski Hotel, Palm Jebel Ali (planned)
